01 Acceptance of These Terms

02 About Flowwrk and Her Funnels LLC

Flowwrk is an AI automation and business systems service brand operated by Her Funnels LLC. The Website presents information about Flowwrk's services and may display automation demonstrations, sample workflows, case studies, testimonials, videos, and other examples.

03 Scope of These Website Terms

These Terms apply only to the public Website, its content, demonstrations, booking features, and related public pages. They do not govern paid consulting, implementation, customization, maintenance, support, automation, or other client services.

Booking or attending a discovery call does not create a client, adviser, fiduciary, partnership, employment, joint venture, or other professional relationship. Neither party is obligated to enter into a project unless both parties sign a separate written agreement.

Any paid engagement will be governed by an AI Automation Services Agreement, statement of work, proposal, or other written client agreement. If a separate client agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding paid services, the client agreement controls for those services.

04 Eligibility and International Access

The Website is available to visitors worldwide. You may use it only if you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you submit information or book a call for a business or another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you in your location. Access to the Website from a particular country or territory does not mean that the Website, its content, or Flowwrk's services are lawful, available, or appropriate there.

05 Permitted Website Use

Subject to these Terms, Her Funnels LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable permission to access and view the Website for legitimate personal or internal business evaluation. This permission allows you to review service information and publicly displayed examples and to book a discovery call.

No other right or license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

These Terms do not claim ownership over general ideas, facts, automation concepts, procedures, systems, processes, methods of operation, third-party platforms, or other material that intellectual property law does not protect. However, the particular original text, diagrams, audiovisual presentation, templates, documentation, arrangement, and other protectable expression used to explain or demonstrate those concepts may be protected.

08 Restrictions on Demos, Case Studies, Workflows, and Materials

You may view publicly displayed demos, case studies, workflows, system diagrams, prompts, templates, examples, and related materials solely to evaluate Flowwrk's services for your own personal or internal business purposes.

Without prior written permission from Her Funnels LLC, you must not copy, record, capture, download, reproduce, modify, translate, republish, upload, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, display, teach from, create derivative materials from, commercially exploit, or present as your own any protected Flowwrk material, except for limited acts that applicable law expressly permits and that cannot be restricted by contract.

You also must not use protected Flowwrk materials to create or market a substantially copied presentation, template, course, service package, demonstration, or competing commercial resource. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract nonpublic source code, credentials, configurations, implementation files, or other underlying technical materials from the Website or a demonstration.

If nonpublic materials become accessible through an error, misconfiguration, or unauthorized access, that access does not grant you any rights. You must stop accessing them and notify us promptly.

09 Demonstrations and Case Studies
